This is your chance to be part of meaningful work that directly supports progress in cancer research, environmental protection, and food safetyAs a Quality Control Associate, you''ll ensure that media products meet high standards of quality and consistency before they are released into clinical, laboratory, and industrial applications. Responsibilities:Conduct QC testing to company specifications, including Level 1-3 methodsPrepare media and support investigations into out-of-specification resultsKeep accurate training records and follow regulatory proceduresPlan and manage testing timelines and updates for customer service teamsRecord data using SAP Quality Management SystemMaintain lab operations including cleaning, autoclave use, and waste managementAdhere to Quality System processes and safety practicesCollaborate with departments including QC, QA, Manufacturing Sciences, Production, and PlanningFollow testing priorities as directed by senior staffEngage in continuous improvement using PPI lean methodologyComply with Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines Qualifications:Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) in Microbiology or related discipline - students and qualified by experience (QBE) also consideredStrong organisational and planning skills ..... full job details .....
