Quality Control Assistant

Pertemps Recruitment is currently seeking a Quality Control Assistant on behalf of our client based in Lincoln. We have opportunities for organised and quality-focused individuals to join their team for a 4-to-5-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a busy production environment, supporting quality standards and ensuring products meet customer specifications.What will I be doing?Conducting quality inspections on productsChecking products against customer specifications and quality standardsIdentifying and reporting any defects or non-conformancesCompleting quality control documentation accuratelyEnsuring work areas remain clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety proceduresAssisting with general quality assurance duties as directedWhat skills and experience do I need?Previous experience in a quality control, quality assurance, production, or manufacturing environment is desirableStrong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistenciesGood organisational and record-keeping skillsAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicating with colleagues across different departmentsBasic computer literacy and ability to complete documentation accuratelyReliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts when requiredWhat hours will I be working?Monday to Friday, 08:00 to finishShifts are typically 10 to 12 hours longThis role will be starting in ..... full job details .....
