Quality Control Assistant

Frontline Recruitment Derby are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Assistant to join our reputable client''s Quality team based in Leicestershire, LE7. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality control, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food production or another highly regulated environment, who is looking to develop their career within a quality-focused role. About the Role Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring that products meet the required quality, safety and regulatory standards before they are released. You will carry out routine and random quality checks throughout the production process, review documentation and certificates, and complete final product inspections to ensure that finished goods are fully compliant ready for dispatch. You will be working closely with both the production department and personnel ensuring they too meet the required standards in both their duties and their own PPE/Hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out random quality checks within production areas, checking works orders, stock and production processes against established quality procedures. Complete final production checks at the end of the manufacturing process before products are released to market. Review works orders and production instructions to ensure processes have been followed correctly. Build and maintain works orders using the ERP system.
