This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in food production, quality, or technical compliance who enjoys managing multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and product quality.Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will coordinate new product development (NPD) projects from concept through to launch, while supporting the site''s quality management systems and ensuring compliance with food safety and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to launch.Gather supplier specifications and technical information for new products.Maintain accurate product files, specifications, and development records.Arrange customer product samples and monitor project progress.Support the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety and quality systems.Monitor production quality and ensure products consistently meet agreed standards.Assist in investigating production issues and implementing corrective actions.Maintain supplier approval documentation and technical records.Carry out supplier approval checks for new suppliers.Participate in internal audits and support external customer and certification audits.Manage traceability exercises and support ..... full job details .....
