This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take ownership of compliance, food safety, and quality systems while leading and developing a high-performing QC team.Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will take ownership of quality systems, lead a small team, and champion a positive food safety culture throughout the operation.Quality Compliance Manager Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all quality compliance and food safety activities across siteDevelop and mentor a QC team of 6, driving performance and engagementManage internal audits, GMP audits, and hygiene auditsOversee QHSE systems, action logs, and compliance deadlinesHandle customer complaints, including root cause analysis and CAPAManage non-conformance processes and ensure timely close-outMonitor microbiological trends and implement preventative actionsEnsure pest control and calibration processes meet required standardsCoordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) ensuring complianceMaintain and improve quality documentation and systemsDrive a strong food safety culture across the site Quality Compliance Manager SkillsProven experience in food manufacturing quality managementStrong knowledge of BRC / BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, QHSEExperience with internal audits and compliance systemsSkilled in root cause analysis, ..... full job details .....
