Quality Compliance Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that prioritises product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.In this role, you''ll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the site''s Quality Management System (QMS), supporting the wider team in upholding food safety and certification standards. The ideal candidate will be methodical, highly organised, and confident in leading internal and external audit activities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring follow-up actions are effectively implementedSupport the development and maintenance of QMS processes and documentationAct as a point of contact for certification bodies and customer auditsLead quality investigations and ensure appropriate corrective/preventative actions are takenEnsure compliance with HACCP, TACCP and VACCP across the siteManage compliance reporting and assist with management review processesOversee the calibration of key quality equipment and water testing plansMaintain the electronic quality system and provide support to usersDeliver training and guidance on compliance and quality standardsWhat We''re Looking For:Strong experience in a quality or compliance-based role within food manufacturing or a similar regulated environmentHACCP and internal audit trainedConfident communicator, able to work across departments and build relationships at all ..... full job details .....
