Job Advertisement: Quality Compliance Administrator Our client, a prominent name in the retail sector based in Sutton Coldfield, is seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Compliance Administrators to join their team on a temporary full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: As a Quality Compliance Administrator, you will be an integral part of the quality management system, working closely with the Qualified Person. Your duties will include: Continuously improving current quality systems to enhance product and service quality. Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Practise (SOP) documents. Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) for stock management, including quarantine, release, batch rotation, labelling, and storage. Overseeing document quality control, including issuing, tracking, and archiving. Collaborating with staff to ensure quality standards are met for both medicinal and non-medicinal products. Establishing quality requirements with external suppliers in partnership with the purchasing team. Conducting internal and third-party audits to ensure compliance with GMP standards. Supporting works responsibilities as the Deputy Qualified Person including handling customer complaints and liaising with regulatory bodies.
