The Role Coordinating the complete customer complaint process, ensuring thorough investigations, accurate root cause analysis, and professional, timely customer response letters. Managing Quality Management System documentation, operating procedures, controlled forms, and revision registers across electronic portals. Interacting with digital inspection apps to verify shop-floor line checks and ensure check data flows cleanly into the site Data Warehouse. Navigating and pulling operational insights from Power BI dashboards and Power Platform tools to track quality trends, defect rates, and improvement actions. Maintaining the site calibration schedule for testing equipment, booking external calibration engineers, and archiving compliance certificates. Managing quarantine and non-conforming stock records in business systems (COBIS), tracking stock holds, and processing authorised disposal logs.
