Quality Co-ordinator- Education and Assessment
Salary: £30000 per annum 
Location: Stafford | Hybrid Working
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Awarding Organisation within a well-established professional membership body. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-focused individual with experience in quality assurance, compliance, assessment administration, apprenticeships, or training operations.
Working closely with the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for coordinating Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities, maintaining accurate programme and certification records, supporting moderation and standardisation processes, and ensuring quality procedures are implemented consistently across approved centres.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IQA activities and quality assurance processes across endorsed programmes.
  • Maintain accurate learner, programme and certification records.
  • Produce quality, compliance and performance reports.
  • Monitor actions, identify risks and support continuous improvement activities.
  • Support moderation, standardisation and audit processes.
  • Ensure policies, procedures and documentation remain compliant and up to date.
  • Act as a key point of contact for centres, employers and stakeholders.

About You
  • Experience within IQA, quality assurance, compliance, apprenticeships, training operations or assessment administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience within a training provider, awarding organisation or regulated environment is highly desirable.
  • Level 4 IQA qualification or knowledge of quality assurance processes would be advantageous.
  • Excellent all round IT Skills including extensive experience of using Microsoft 365
