Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Lincoln who are looking for 2 QC Checkers to join their busy team on either a Morning shift or Afternoon. About The Role: In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations. Roles and Responsibilities: Inspect finished products and materials for defects, damage, or non-conformance. Verify measurements, labels, packaging, and overall product quality against specifications. Record and report inspection results clearly and accurately. Identify recurring issues and communicate findings to the production or quality team. Work closely with supervisors and team members to resolve quality concerns. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations. Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times. Maintain accurate inspection documentation and update records as required. Support continuous improvement by suggesting process or quality control enhancements. Key Skills and Requirements: Excellent attention to detail. Ability to follow written instructions and checklists. Good communication skills and a team-player attitude. Basic understanding of quality control processes (training provided if needed.) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
