Our client manufactures sweets, savories and ready meals for the aviation catering industry as well as retail, wholesale and food service sectors. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Quality Auditor to join the team at this exciting time.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure GMP standards are maintained
• Auditing according to BRC requirements
• Review out of specification results
• Investigate complaints
• Verify production paperwork

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experienced with running internal, customer and GMP audits
• BRC auditing exposure
• High care experience
• HACCP qualification
