Quality AuditorSalary: 40,000 per annum, plus travel expenses Location: Remote, with regular national travel and overnight stays About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and committed Quality Auditor to provide independent assurance across a portfolio of residential children''s homes, supported accommodation services and independent schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and carrying out systematic audits to assess services against relevant statutory regulations, standards and internal quality frameworks.The role will involve identifying areas of compliance and non-compliance, assessing potential risks, and highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement. You will play an important role in ensuring that services maintain high standards of practice and deliver safe, effective and compliant care and support.Initially, the primary focus of the role will be residential children''s homes and supported accommodation services. You will be expected to complete a minimum of two audits per week as part of a rolling programme, ensuring that each service receives an audit visit at least quarterly. This is a fully remote role, but requires regular travel to services across the UK, including overnight stays where necessary.
