Quality Auditor Location: Ratby Lane, Leicester Salary: £29,707.26 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: Tuesday Friday, 10:00am 6:30pm and Saturday, 6:00am 2:30pm (40 hours) Join Noble Foods Home of the Happy Egg Co. You''ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety and compliance while supporting continuous improvement across the site. What You''ll Do Carry out quality audits against GMP, HACCP, QMS and food safety standards. Complete product sampling, testing and quality documentation. Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions. Support product launches, NPD trials and customer complaint investigations. Verify food safety controls, calibrate equipment and help maintain audit readiness. Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to drive quality improvements. About You Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance or auditing is desirable. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.
