Working closely with Production and Coatings teams, you will help drive continuous improvement, reduce waste and rework, and ensure products consistently meet both business and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Carry out quality inspections throughout production processes, including pre-process, in-process and final inspections. Inspect finished products for defects, damage, incorrect finishes, and other quality concerns. Check finish quality, thickness, adhesion, colour, gloss and overall product standards using appropriate inspection equipment. Ensure products meet drawings, specifications, work instructions, and customer requirements. Identify and control non-conforming products, raising quality concerns and supporting corrective actions.
