Quality Assurance Technician (Drinks Production)Manchester £28k rising to £30k after probationOur client is a growing drinks manufacturing business specialising in bottling and canning solutions for a range of customers, with products supplied into major UK retailers.With continued investment and ambitious growth plans, the company offers a close-knit, team-focused environment where employees can make a genuine impact and play a key role in supporting the business''s ongoing development and success.Engaged on an exclusive basis, we are looking to appoint a Quality Assurance Technician to support the development of site quality systems, with a key focus on gaining BRCGS accreditation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and development of BRCGS standards across the siteWork closely with operational teams to ensure processes are correctly implemented, followed, and continuously improvedMonitor adherence to process flows and production proceduresCarry out quality checks on incoming materials and finished productsSupport the development, amendment, and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Assist in developing and maintaining the company Quality Manual and supporting documentationConduct GMP and hygiene checks throughout the production facilityInvestigate customer complaints and support corrective and preventative actions where requiredAssist with internal audits and preparation for external BRCGS auditsPromote best practice, food safety, and quality ..... full job details .....
