Quality Assurance Team Leader - 4 Day WeekSalary: £32,000 - £34,000Location: Near BelfastHours: Monday - Thursday, 6am to 3:45pmAre you an experienced Quality Assurance or Compliance specialist from a Food or Beverage Manufacturing background looking for a chance to step up into a Team Leader role, or alternatively someone that wants to make a lateral move to improve your work-life balance?This well-established food manufacturer supplies into Foodservice, QSR, FSR and Retail channels. They are backed by a global FMCG giant that employs over 5000 people across numerous production facilities, with a turnover of more than £1 billion.They are looking for a Quality Assurance or Compliance specialist from a Food or Beverage Manufacturing background with experience in things such as audits (internal and third-party), CCP and GMP training/inspections, and raw material and product checks.This position would suit someone who wants to leverage their experience to coach, lead and positively influence others while also having the support of a Technical Manager who can provide additional training in NPD and Continuous Improvement tools.What you''ll be doing day-to-day:Upholding Food Safety, Quality and HandS standards across site, ensuring compliance with internal, legislative and customer requirementsLeading, coaching and developing the QA team along with production staff by organizing daily workloads, managing training and reviewing performanceDriving continuous improvement by ..... full job details .....
