You will have the chance to influence site standards, develop people, improve systems and play a key role in protecting the safety, quality and reputation of our products.The RoleReporting to the Technical Manager, you will lead the day-to-day Quality Assurance function and work closely with Production, Hygiene, Engineering and Technical teams.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting the site QA team.Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.Supporting BRCGS, HACCP, customer and legal compliance.Conducting audits, inspections, traceability exercises and quality checks.Managing environmental monitoring and microbiological sampling.Investigating complaints, non-conformances and out-of-specification results.Overseeing product hold, ..... full job details .....
