Rhondda Cynon Taf are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer to support commissioned Flying Start Childcare providers to embed the Welsh Government Flying Start childcare guidance ensuring that high quality provision is delivered across the County Borough.Responsibilities
Implement the Service’s Childcare Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring Flying Start childcare delivered by approved external providers consistently meets high standards.Offer direct support to Flying Start settings and provide expert guidance to the Children and Communities Commissioning Team to evaluate the quality of provision and inform commissioning decisions.Design and deliver training packages that support the continued professional development of the Flying Start Childcare workforce.Qualifications / Requirements
