  • Support Registered Managers to improve quality and maintain compliance.
  • Analyse trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Assist services in preparing for regulatory inspections.
  • Monitor the completion of quality improvement actions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and best practice.
  • Support investigations, governance processes, and quality improvement initiatives where required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Compliance, Governance, Audit, or Quality Improvement role within health or social care.
  • Good knowledge of one or more regulatory frameworks, including CQC, CIW, HIW and/or OFSTED.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The confidence to support and challenge operational teams using evidence-based recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting services through regulatory inspections.
  • Experience working across multiple services or locations.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk management, and continuous quality improvement.
