Quality Assurance OfficerLocation: Civic Centre, London Borough of HillingdonWorking arrangements: Office and community-based, with travel required About the role:- The London Borough of Hillingdon is looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Officer to join our Adult Social Care team.- Based at the Civic Centre, you will play a key role in implementing Hillingdon''s Quality Assurance Framework across care provider services in the Borough, including supported accommodation. You will monitor and evaluate the quality-of-care provision, identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with providers and partners to achieve high-quality, person-centred services and positive outcomes for residents.- This is a varied role requiring regular visits to care and support provisions within Hillingdon and, at times, outside the Borough. You must therefore be a driver and able to travel as required for the role.- You will take account of the experiences and outcomes of service users, as well as the views of carers and relatives where appropriate, ensuring that quality assurance activity is focused on what matters to people who use services.
