The College operates across three main campuses in Stevenage and Hitchin, employing over 650 staff. With a turnover of £30m, the college provides learning opportunities to over 10,000 students each year from study programmes for 16-18 year olds and apprenticeships through to adult provision locally, regionally and nationally. To support the core elements of quality assurance ensuring that they are delivered effectively and on time.Coordinate and assist in the scheduling and delivery of internal quality assurance activities, such as curriculum reviews, audits, and performance boards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation to support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Manage and support a team of internal verifiers in Hart Learning and Development, ensuring their adherence to IQA policies and awarding body processes.Carry out audits on the management information systems to ensure compliance and implement improvement actions.Collate, analyse quality-related data to support performance monitoring and reporting, identifying trends and flagging areas of concern.Assist in gathering, organising, and presenting evidence for external inspections, including Ofsted, OfS or awarding body reviews, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Assist with the monitoring and record keeping for the delivery of grant funded programmes including reporting.Carry out basic finance processes including raising requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt notices, setting up suppliers and invoices.Collaborate with curriculum teams to collect and analyse data related to academic standards, assessment processes, and learner progression, ensuring consistency with quality assurance standards.Provide administrative support for quality assurance meetings, including tracking actions and maintaining documents.Support the collation of evidence for quality assurance investigations including complaints.Support the analysis of performance data, using our suite of dashboards and ProAchieve, to identify areas of strength and improvements.Support the quality assurance of our subcontracted provision.Support organisational activity including open evenings, enrolment and events as required.General duties
