Quality Assurance Officer

Annual salary: up to £34,134.40Quality Assurance Officer Location: Basingstoke Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience Full time, Fixed term contract, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. We provide Housing Management services right across the UK. We work in partnership with Central and Local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions to homelessness, provide more social and affordable housing and create specialist housing for people with care needs.About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Basingstoke, supporting both the RLAP and CAS contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-focused professional who is passionate about performance improvement, data quality, and delivering excellent service outcomes.In this role, you will manage the provision of performance data and information through the collation, validation and interpretation of data, supporting both client and Mears performance measures and service improvement initiatives.
