Quality Assurance Officer - Hybrid

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer on behalf of a client. Our client is a leading global distributor of pharmaceuticals. This is a hybrid role The QA Officer is an integral member of the QA team, providing support to the Responsible Person and the broader QA team with all day-to-day aspects of quality assurance, to ensure high levels of GMDP are maintained. Regular interactions with all departments from Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service, Sales and Procurement will be required on a day to day basis. Salary 34,000 to 40,000 dependent on experience Bonus Location Watford Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm or 8am to 4.30pm Hybrid working 2 days from home and 3 days on site Annual leave: 24 days plus bank holidays Responsibilities The role incorporates all areas of the Quality Management System, including Maintain and control GMDP documentation (SOPs, work instructions, forms) including review cycle, version control and training Support customer complaint and deviation investigations and root cause analysis Manage tracking of deviations, CAPAs and change controls Assist with internal audits of GMDP activities Support supplier and customer qualification, including periodic due diligence checks Support recall and mock recall activities Assist with the carrying out of audits of external service providers and suppliers Assist with hosting audits by clients and inspections by regulatory authorities Work closely with warehouse team; ..... full job details .....
