The Role As Quality Assurance Manager, you ll take responsibility for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards while supporting engineering and product development teams. You ll act as the key point of contact for all QA-related activities, both internally and externally, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards are met across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the company s Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and support progression toward additional standards Act as the main QA contact for customers across pre-sales, production, and failure analysis Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues and non-conformities Plan and manage internal and external audit activities Monitor performance through audits, reviews, and customer feedback Produce and maintain quality documentation, reports, and procedures Support the development and continuous improvement of business processes Work closely ..... full job details .....
