Quality Assurance Manager Grantham 35,000 - 40,000 a year Permanent We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager who is passionate about food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance systems Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, customer requirements, and certification standards, while driving a culture of quality throughout the business. Key Responsibilities of the Quality and Compliance Manager Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Develop, review, and implement company procedures, policies, and work instructions Lead and maintain HACCP and food safety systems. Ensure ongoing compliance with FEMAS and NOPS Assurance scheme requirements. Manage product specifications, labels, and artwork approvals to ensure legal compliance. Coordinate internal audits and external audits. Investigate non-conformances, complaints, and corrective actions. Deliver training programs related to quality, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and compliance. Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Control team. Qualifications / Knowledge for the Quality and Compliance Manager HACCP qualification (Level 3 or above preferred). Internal Auditor qualification advantageous.
