They are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality operations across manufacturing and laboratory functions, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement are maintained throughout the business. The RoleReporting to the Head of Quality, you will act as the key link between Quality Assurance, Operations, RandD, and Supply Chain, promoting a quality-first culture across the organisation. This is a highly visible leadership position where you''ll drive quality performance, lead investigations, and support operational excellence across the site.You will lead a team of Quality professionals, oversee non-conformance and deviation investigations, manage out-of-specification testing, support batch release activities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
