Quality Assurance Manager Location: Edmonton, London (Site Based) Contract Length: 6 Months Employment Type: ContractThe Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a major construction project in Edmonton, London. This is a site-based role, responsible for leading all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities associated with structural steel erection works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client quality requirements. This position would suit an experienced QA/QC professional with a strong background in structural steel, welding inspection, NDT coordination, and quality management systems on large-scale industrial, energy, or construction projects. Key Responsibilities Quality ManagementImplement, maintain, and oversee the project Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.Prepare and manage Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), and Quality Programmes.Ensure full compliance with project and subcontractor quality requirements.Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across the project.Inspection and TestingDevelop, implement, and manage ITPs covering:Structural steel erection and alignmentBolting and torqueing activitiesWelding and NDT inspectionsCoordinate inspections with clients, contractors, and third-party inspection bodies.Ensure inspection notifications, approvals, and hold points are managed ..... full job details .....
