Quality Assurance ManagerAre you passionate about food quality? We''re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality team and play a key role in ensuring their products consistently meet the highest food safety, legal and customer standards.Working closely with Technical, Procurement and Production teams, you''ll drive quality performance across the site, lead a talented QA team and champion a culture of continuous improvement.What you''ll be doingLeading all site Quality Assurance activities, ensuring products consistently meet food safety, legal, customer and internal quality standards.Working closely with the Quality and Procurement teams to monitor product quality through robust systems, processes and KPI reporting.Partnering with Team Leaders and Quality Controllers to identify quality issues, improve production processes and maintain product specifications.Analysing customer complaints, depot warnings, rejections and feedback, implementing effective corrective and preventative actions to reduce recurring issues.Managing, coaching and developing the Quality team, including recruitment, training, performance management, holiday planning and rota management.Creating a positive, high-performing team culture focused on quality, accountability and continuous improvement.Producing season-end reviews and customer quality reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements.Supporting the development and monitoring of Quality Improvement Plans ..... full job details .....
