Quality Assurance ManagerLocation: This post can be based in either our Nottingham or London Office Beeston, NG9 1LA (with travel to London required) - Salary: Banding £52,273 - £55,024Farringdon (with travel to Midlands required - Salary Banding £57,501 £60,527Contract Type: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract - 37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday Hybrid Working About the RoleDue to an internal move, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead assurance, governance and compliance activities that support safe, effective and high-quality services for our residents.As part of the Risk and Assurance Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering quality assurance frameworks, coordinating assurance activity for regulatory compliance, managing audit programmes, overseeing self-assessments, and leading learning from reviews, incidents and investigations.This is more than a compliance role. You will be instrumental in helping the organisation make informed, evidence-based decisions by turning quality, assurance and risk information into meaningful insight.
