QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN Location: Corby Pay Rate: Dependant on Experience 34 to 40k Hours: 9am to 6pm - Monday to Friday Job Type: PERMANENT Fox Resourcing and Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation. The successful candidate will ensure that all incoming, stored and outgoing goods meet the required quality standards. You will also prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, manage quality documentation and provide quality-related training to warehouse employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging and finished goods against approved specifications. Verify quantities, labels, batch numbers, expiry dates and the physical condition of goods. Identify non-conforming materials and arrange segregation, rejection or corrective action. Complete routine in-process and outbound quality checks and audits. Work closely with warehouse, procurement and production teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare, review and update Standard Operating Procedures relating to inspection, storage, handling and dispatch. Maintain document version control and ensure current procedures are available to employees. Update procedures following audits, deviations or operational changes. Deliver quality and SOP training to warehouse employees. Maintain training schedules, attendance records and competency assessments.
