Quality Assurance Manager - Fire Sprinklers

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, an opportunity has arisen for a technically capable and quality-driven Quality Assurance Manager to join a growing operations team. Key Responsibilities: Manage quality assurance across 10-15 live projects. Conduct site inspections to monitor installation quality, workmanship, and compliance. Produce detailed quality reports for management and client review. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, British Standards, LPCB requirements, and client expectations. Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, defects, and corrective actions. Identify non-conformances and work with project, design, and installation teams to resolve issues. Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Attend site and client meetings as the quality representative. Conduct internal audits and monitor adherence to quality management systems. Drive continuous improvement through corrective and preventative actions. Monitor workmanship standards across employees and subcontractors. Support project readiness for client inspections, LPCB audits, and handover. Assist with maintaining ISO 9001, LPCB, and other accreditation requirements. Beneficial Skills / Experience: Strong technical knowledge of sprinkler and/or fire suppression systems.
