Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the site''s Quality Management System while driving a strong food safety and quality culture across the business. Role Description: Lead and develop the QA and Hygiene teams, promoting a positive food safety and quality cultureMaintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with BRCGS and customer requirementsManage HACCP, GMP, pest control, hygiene, and product testing programmesConduct internal audits and support external audits and customer visitsInvestigate non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actionsMonitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the siteEnsure product traceability systems are maintained and recall readiness is upheldDeliver compliance and food safety training across the businessSupport the Technical Manager with technical projects, ..... full job details .....
