Quality Assurance Manager
I am currently working with an aerosol manufacturer based on the Wirral, who are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join the team, the organisation will supply products into a variety of industries, such as pharmaceutical and FMCG. Good opportunity for an experienced quality manager to join an established organisation and lead the Quality Assurance team.
Key responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Manager
- Manage the Quality Assurance team and day-to-day QA operations in line with the regulatory bodied requirements.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
- Ensure full GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance across site activities, and training is updated with members of the team.
- Lead internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections, hosting these when required.
- Review and approve batch documentation, deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QC and Production.
- Drive quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide QA training and development to staff.
Requirements for the Quality Assurance Manager
- Bachelor''s degree in a scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of QA Management.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP and ISO guidelines.
