About the Role and Key Accountabilities Reporting into the Head of Technical, the Quality Manager will play a key role in driving quality standards across the manufacturing operation while leading and developing the quality team. Key responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating the quality team to ensure high standards are consistently achieved. Driving a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the site. Ensuring compliance with customer, legal and BRCGS requirements. Supporting internal and external audits, including customer visits. Investigating quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Monitoring site performance against quality KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
