Quality Assurance Manager

I''m supporting an established manufacturer with the appointment of a Quality Assurance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the site''s quality agenda, leading food safety, compliance and continuous improvement while working closely with operational teams to maintain the highest standards across the business. What you''ll be doing No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the Quality team, creating a positive culture focused on food safety, compliance and continuous improvement. Managing the site''s Quality Management System, ensuring it remains compliant with customer, retailer and industry requirements. Taking ownership of BRCGS, customer and regulatory audits, coordinating audit activity and driving successful outcomes. Monitoring quality performance, analysing trends and implementing preventative actions to minimise risks. Working closely with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to improve site standards and resolve technical issues. Managing HACCP, GMP, hygiene and environmental monitoring programmes across the manufacturing operation. Reviewing supplier performance and supporting robust raw material, packaging and service approval processes.
