Quality Assurance Lead EdinburghPaying up to 27p/h (Umbrella) Responsibilities:Support in driving objectives to meet targets including LPS/KPI goals, QL4 effectiveness, supplier and customer timely RCCA.Contribute to IPT requirements to deliver a compliant product in a timely manner meeting all cost and safety requirementsSupportthe creation of Quality Plans defining quality assurance activities aligned to Risk, Opportunity and ImprovementProvide leadership to the Assurance Teams in order to meet Programme and IPT objectivesActively ensure LPS goals for Quality KPIs including QNs, MRB, FRBs etc are achieved by supporting improvement plans and active management of key activityLead the Assurance function''s improvement plans across all phasesAttend and contribute to key meetings including (but not limited to ) IPT morning meetings, DPU forums, Engineering WO meetings etc.Take leadership in ensuring concessions / production permits, IDN requests, CoC signoffs, Receiver requests, CoAs are processed correctly.Support achievement of quality assurance milestones within the Programme, Product and Project lifecycleEnsure delivery of reports and supporting data to the Programme, Project and function in a timely manner.Actively manage a root cause and corrective action investigations Experience required:Further education and experience ideally in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or experience in Defence Electronics or a similarly "complex" industry.Be able to demonstrate knowledge ..... full job details .....
