Key Responsibilities and Accountability''s Inspection and Testing Conduct visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical and functional inspections of raw materials, in-process components and finished products. Use inspection and measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, multimeters, gauges, microscopes, CMMs, test rigs and computer-based inspection systems. Carry out batch testing, sample testing, first-off inspections and final release checks. Verify that products comply with technical drawings, specifications, work instructions and relevant quality standards. Identify defects, deviations and areas of non-conformance during the inspection process. Documentation and Reporting Accurately record inspection and testing results in line with company documentation procedures.
