The successful candidate will work alongside the engineering and construction teams to ensure mechanical and electrical works are installed, inspected and documented in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage quality assurance processes across M&E works. Carry out site inspections of mechanical and electrical installations. Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Maintain quality records, inspection reports and supporting documentation. Identify and record defects and non-conformances. Raise and manage NCRs through to close-out. Coordinate inspections with Construction Managers, Engineers and subcontractors. Review drawings, specifications and technical information. Monitor installation quality and workmanship.
