Support with New Product Introductions from a quality perspective Initiate, implement, and control corrective actions Lead Zero Defect initiatives and improve customer satisfaction and KPIs What We re Looking For Quality background in a highly regulated industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Pharmaceutical, etc) Working knowledge of problem resolution tools, such as A3 or 8D, and Root Cause Analysis techniques e.g. Pareto, 5 Why''s, Ishikawa, Is/Is Not, Design of Experiments Knowledge and experience of Quality/Business Management Systems (EN 9100 / ISO 9001) and other relevant standards.
