The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their friendly team. If you understand the ethos of quality as well as the principles of ISO9001 this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Coordinator:
- Conduct product and process audits to ensure company compliance with internal and external standards.
- Support document control and change management processes.
- Produce clear, graphical monthly KPI reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects as instructed.
- Perform route cause analysis and communicate outcome to customers.
- Participate in meetings, facilitate and lead sessions.
- Use MS Word, Excel, and Access databases at an intermediate level for reporting, documentation, and analysis.
The Candidate:
The successful Quality Assurance Coordinator will have the following skills and abilities:
- Background in a previous Quality role
- Familiar with the principles of ISO 90001
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and inquisitive individual who has the willingness to learn
- Ability to conduct audits
- The ability to get people on side and build trust
