Quality Assurance (QA) Night Shift Salary: £32,032 £34,000 per annum Shift: Monday Thursday, 6:00pm 6:00am Location: Rochester Industry: Food Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our busy food manufacturing operation on a permanent night-shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of food safety, quality standards and manufacturing processes, who is confident working independently and maintaining high standards throughout the night shift. The Role As a QA, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured safely, legally and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to monitor processes, carry out quality checks and identify any issues before products reach our customers. Key Responsibilities Carry out regular quality and food safety checks throughout production. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards. Complete quality checks, records and documentation accurately. Identify, investigate and report any quality or food safety issues. Ensure products meet specification, customer and legal requirements. Monitor HACCP controls, CCPs and hygiene standards. Support investigations into non-conformances and corrective actions. Work closely with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
