Quality Assurance / Compliance Lead

But "meaningful lives" of course requires a foundation of safety, high standards, and rigorous quality.This is a pivotal role leading Quality Assurance and Compliance where your expertise in CQC standards and safeguarding will directly improve the lives of residents.Based on site at a beautiful location in rural Bookham, near Leatherhead, Surrey. This role can be full or part time. The full time salary is up to £40k, depending on experience.Because the setting is supported living, someone with experience in both care provision and social housing (NHF) would be a huge advantage.What You ll Be DoingBeing the guardian of the centre standards and the driver of continuous improvement.Monitoring compliance with CQC and National Housing Federation frameworks.Acting as joint Safeguarding Lead and Caldicott Guardian, you ll promote a positive approach to risk that balances safety with independence.You won''t just find skills gaps; you ll help close them, by auditing training records and back-office functions, and organising in person and online training sessions.Ensuring policies are legally airtight and reflective of the latest sector guidance, reporting your findings directly to the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees.What We re Looking ForYou should be a ''people person'' who also loves a process.
