Quality Assurance Auditor
About the RoleMTVH are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to lead on delivering a robust and effective quality assurance framework across the Customer Services Directorate on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is key in driving service improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and best practice. You will undertake in-depth reviews, audits, and quality assurance visits to assess service performance and identify opportunities to raise standards and improve outcomes for customers. Therefore, as part of the Operational Risk Risk and Quality team, you will work collaboratively across the organisation to support teams to improve service delivery.
