What You ll Do: Compliance: Conduct compliance checks to quality standards and regulations, maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits. Testing: Conduct a range of product assessments including taste testing and visual analysis. Recipe Database Management: Update raw material records. Scale up formulations from laboratory to factory. Audit Support: Participate in internal auditing to ensure adherence to quality standards. Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain a thorough understanding of the QMS. Assist in the maintenance of HACCP plans and quality procedures to meet operational needs. Continuous Improvement: Work closely with other staff to ensure assist with the plan, do, review process for identifying and planning system improvements. Support training initiatives for staff on quality assurance practices and procedures. What You Bring: Proficient in using standard office software, capable of managing database, online records and systems efficiently. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly verbally, over the phone and in writing. Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
