Quality Assurance and Test (QAT) Analyst Salary: £51,400 £68,800 Location: Cambridge / Hybrid approximately % office-based Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week About the Role We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance and Test (QAT) Analyst to help shape and improve quality assurance and testing practices across a complex technology environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a QA professional to support the adoption of modern quality engineering practices, including test automation, AI-enabled testing, shift-left approaches and continuous improvement. Working across multiple delivery teams, you will help ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development and delivery lifecycle. You will work on systems and services where reliability, security and quality are critical, helping teams reduce risk and deliver better outcomes. About the Team As a QAT Analyst, you will work as part of a central quality assurance and testing function, providing expertise, guidance and assurance across multiple technology delivery teams. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Solution Teams and third-party delivery partners.
