This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in quality, compliance, regulatory or higher education environments who enjoys detail-focused, process-driven work and can hit the ground running in a short-term role. The roleJoining a busy Quality Assurance and Enhancement team, you will provide hands-on support across key quality and compliance processes. The role focuses on ensuring policies and procedures are followed consistently, supporting investigations and appeals activity, and helping the team manage increased workload during peak summer demand. You will work across areas such as centre approvals, centre investigations and risk rating, and processing grade appeals, requiring a high level of accuracy, organisation and sound judgement.This role is to start asap and the role is mostly remote with just one day a week in their Central London office.
