Quality Assurance

Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a well-established food manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a QA to join their Technical team. The ideal candidate has worked in a food manufacturing environment within a Quality Assurance role. Roles and Responsibilities Support site compliance with food safety, quality and customer technical standards across shift operations Monitor and communicate site performance relating to non-conformances, complaints, GMP and hygiene standards Assist with managing food safety and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required Deliver site inductions, training and coaching aligned with policies, procedures and work instructions Coordinate non-conformance actions and ensure completion within agreed timelines Support internal audits and verification activities aligned to the Food Safety Management System Ensure environmental, raw material and finished product sampling is completed in line with schedules Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audit readiness and compliance standards Promote a strong right-first-time and GMP culture across production teams On Offer Salary: 34,785.22 Shift Pattern: Panama Days (12-hour shifts) Opportunity to join a well-established and supportive technical team If this is of interest, please apply with your most up-to-date CV, and I will be in touch. ..... full job details .....
