Quality and Supply Manager

We are supporting a company based in Witham who are recruiting for a Quality and Supply Manager on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm and paying a salary between -45k50k per annum (DOE). This is fully office based with free parking on-site.

Duties will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound enquiries dealing with quality issues
• Maintaining high-quality standards by providing training to team members
• Managing on-site audits and completing documentation
• Overseeing QA activities, ensuring documentation and compliance are accurate and updated
• Organising and attending meetings when required
• Liaising with clients and project teams to complete quality expectations
• Keeping updated on new regulations and industry trends

To be successful for this role, you must have previous experience in a Technical or Quality Assurance position, handling audits and QA documentation in the manufacturing industry. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
