Quality and Stock Control Associate

Our client is one of the fastest growing providers of Cold Chain Logistics. They require a Quality and Stock Control Associate to join their busy Inventory and Quality Team.The role is a fixed term contract covering Maternity for 9 to 12 months. Dependant upon Business and Department growth there could be opportunity to continue past the initial fixed term. The role is 4 on 4 off fixed days, 06:00/06:30, 12 hour shifts.With a salary banding of 31,000 to 33,000 we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control and Warehouse Inventory Associate to support the accurate management of customer stock within our automated warehouse environment. This role is key to ensuring timely response to stock-related queries and maintaining high standards of stock accuracy, control, and reporting across all processes. You will work closely with the Inventory Manager and other warehouse teams to identify and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Purpose of the Role To ensure all customer stock is accurately recorded upon entry and exit from the warehouse, handle stock-related requests efficiently, and maintain on-the-ground visibility to prevent and resolve issues before they impact operations. This role requires both administrative and hands-on work within the warehouse.
