Quality and Performance Manager

Kier Transportation are working in partnership with National Highways to deliver significant schemes across the Northwest. We''re looking for a Major Projects Quality and Performance Manager to join our M6 Lune Gorge team within RDP North. This role offers the chance to shape quality, drive performance and make a real impact on a flagship project. Location: M6 Lune Gorge (RDP North) - site-based with some remote workingHours: 45 hours per weekSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year + private healthcare + £6,700 annual car allowance + excellent benefits We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role What will you be responsible for? As a Major Projects Quality and Performance Manager, you''ll play a key role in driving quality excellence across the M6 Lune Gorge scheme, working closely with project teams to embed best practice and continuous improvement. Day to day, you will: Maintain and develop the business assurance system, keeping it accurate and effective Lead internal audits and support external assurance reviews Build strong relationships with teams, suppliers and clients to promote a positive quality culture Report on quality and performance metrics to both Kier and National Highways Lead process reviews and share best practice across the project What are we looking for?
